TERMS & CONDITION
1. This contest is open to everyone.
2. Downloading and playing the game “Find No Egg” within the contest period will automatically enroll you into the contest.
3. Participants under 18 years old must receive written permission from a legal guardian before participating.
4. Prize winners will be determined based on the ranking shown on this landing page.
5. Winning mechanism –
a. The player whose referral code has been shared and activated the most at the end of the contest will be declared the Top Share Winner and receive the main prize of one (1) unit of iPhone 14 Pro Max.
b. If the Top Shared Winner has cleared the game/challenge at least three (3) times within the contest period, an additional prize of one (1) unit of Apple Watch will be rewarded.
c. Participants who rank 2nd – 6th in the share rankings (win at least three(3) times within the contest period) will receive one (1) unit of Apple Airpods each.
6. All rankings shown on this page are final and non-disputable.
7. The contest period will start from 18th January and end on 18th February.
8. Results will be finalized on 00:00 (GMT+8) 19th February 2023. Last update to the leaderboard will be on 23:59 (GMT+8) 18th February 2023.
9. If a specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Calian Games may substitute with a similar prize or one of equivalent value.
10. Prize winners must contact Calian Games within three (3) working days upon announcement of results to confirm their identity and shipping information. Failure to do so will be considered as forfeiting their claim to the prizes.
11. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received.
12. Calian Games reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or site, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Rules and Regulations. Calian Games further reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
13. Calian Games reserves the right to at any time, change, amend, delete or add to the Terms and Conditions and other rules and regulations including the mechanism of the Contest at its absolute discretion.
